Situated at the bottom of the Sunnegga home run, Cervo’s location has a couple of big pluses. Firstly, it’s perfect for meeting non skiers for lunch and secondly, it’s a perfect place to get involved in some après ski. At lunchtime, the Madre Nostre and Bazaar restaurants offer high end food in very trendy surroundings. Despite the menus here being dominated by exotic combinations, the Cervo burger and truffle fries still has legendary status in town. From 4pm, the terrace sees a range of bands, musicians and dj’s to entertain while you enjoy a drink in the sun or really get the party started. Overall a great place to hang out and enjoy the vibes.
