Glacier Alpine Kitchen is the sit-down lunch at the top of the Gornergrat, inside the 3100 Kulmhotel. With views of the Gorner Glacier and Monte Rosa stretching across to the Matterhorn.

There’s a menu of Swiss classics made with local produce and a Toblerone chocolate mousse to finish!

It’s a slightly random one for skiers as you have to get the train up to Gornergrat, leave your skis there and take the elevator up.

For hikers

Walkers – Take the train to Gornergrat and the elevator up to the restaurant at the top.
